About

Our Story

Great leadership isn’t about what you do in a day—it’s about what you do daily.

Lindel Fields knows this firsthand. With over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational performance, he has built and led world-class workplace cultures that drive real results. As the former CEO of Tri County, he helped the organization earn the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige Award and secure a spot on Fortune’s Great Places to Work list five times, reaching #7 in 2021.

As a leader in education, Lindel experienced firsthand how toxic cultures can drive great teachers away—and how strong leadership can transform an entire workplace. By prioritizing trust, communication, and a shared mission, he built one of the top workplaces in the country, proving that ‘culture’ isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of success.

Now, as the Founder and CEO of Your Culture Coach, Lindel is on a mission to help organizations transform their workplace cultures. Through proven strategies and customized programs, he empowers leaders to attract top talent, engage employees and create workplaces where they thrive.

Whether he’s guiding executives, coaching teams, or even tackling an Ironman, Lindel lives by a simple, yet powerful philosophy: “It’s not what you do in a day, but what you do daily that matters.”

If you’re ready to create a thriving culture, boost productivity, and become a leader worth following, Your Culture Coach is here to guide the way.
